It's not often that I make something just for me, but this one is going in my home office. I've got a beautiful canvas with trees with lots of turquoise and oranges and it's been a pain to find additional pieces of art to match.
Using the alcohol ink lift technique I made a stunning 8"x10" background. The hardest part was choosing which Lavinia stamps to use since I had such a large space to work with.
Once the stamping was done I added some Nuvo drops to highlight the leaves and moon. This was matted inside an 11"x14" turquoise frame.
