Vicki here with Prickley Pear. It's another week closer to spring and it's time for rainy days and rainbows!
I almost always use black for my card bases, but more as a frame to it, but I wanted to use my new metalic markers and this new stamp from the Rainbow Dreams set was perfect. I used white to emboss the stamp and then pastel colors to color in the rainbow and clouds. I then used white embossing powder with one of the sentiment stamps and popped it up over the rainbow.
