I loved making this card. As women, we truly need to feel empowered and that we can do whatever we set our mind to.
Card size is A2
Using a base weight 8.5" x 11" piece of card stock at 5.5" on the long side and score at 5.5" again on the long side. Burnish your card on the scored side- the fibers will be broken and the fold will be cleaner.
I used simple dark green and white card stock. (Note- my card is 1/8" larger than the stamping layer.)
I stamped the woman from the She Never Says Never from Unity Stamp Company on smooth white card stock for smoother coloring and again on a patterned sheet of scrapbook paper and fussy cut just her sweater and glued it to the colored image.
I used the sentiment stamp as a partial back group and popped the stamp up with pop dots for added dimension.
I added some gold Nuvo drops and sequins for a little more sass.
