This sweet fashionista from Unity Stamp Co. is Casey. She's another Angie Girl who's perfect for coloring or paper piecing. (Paper piecing- stamping an image on patterned paper and fussy cutting to provide clothing to a stamped image.)

To make this A2 size card you will need:
Black card stock- This will be your card base and should be 4.25"x 11". Score your card at 5.5" and fold. Remember, turn your card over to fold~ the paper fibers will already be broken and you will have a smoother fold.
White card stock- (I used a smooth card stock here so I could blend my Copic Sketch markers.) This is the stamp layer of your card. Cut this piece to 4 1/8" x 5. 5/8". If you want to see more of the Black, cut your base bigger.
I stamped Casey in the middle of my card and the sentiment underneath in Memento Black Ink.
Now the fun part- choose your colors or a patterned paper that suits the theme or style of card you want to make. It's springtime so I used light colors and a floral pattern.
For the paper piecing image- I stamped her again and only cut out the dress. Note- this is a great way to use paper scraps and it's like playing with paper dolls! (Carefully adhere the dress onto your card stamped image- you could even add some dimensionals for this if you wanted.)
I'm not a pro at color shading- I just think of where I might see her standing and try to create the shadows as such.
I also used Nuvo drops to add dimension and sparkle to the card.
Here are a few more~
And though she but little, she is FIERCE!~ Shakespeare
